Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service apply to the Code Z text message program ("Program"), operated by Jorgensen Holdings LLC, doing business as Code Z ("Code Z," "we," "us").

1. Program description

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Code Z at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include product offers and promotions, reminders about items left in your cart, order and shipping updates, and Day Sleep Protocol tips. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

2. Consent is not required to buy

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Code Z does not charge for the Program.

5. How to opt out

Text STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOP ALL. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission, to join the Program. The Program is available in the United States only.

9. Changing your number

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, text STOP from the old number before you switch, or email us so we can remove it.

10. Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

11. Other terms

The Program is also subject to our Terms of Service. We may change these Mobile Terms or end the Program at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
